American Idols Live at Arco Arena

by Jennifer Springer

American Idols Live is coming to Arco Arena on July 25th, 2007 at 7:00PM. Tickets have been on sale since May 10th so I didn’t think that there would be any left available…broke my heart too since I really want to go this year. Out of curisoity, I was looking at a list of Sacramento concerts and there are still tickets available!!! The remaining tickets range in price from $97.00 each for Section 224 Row N, Section 203 Row L, and Section 106 Row J to $370 each for FLR 4 Row F with a variety of seats for prices in between depending (obviously) on how close you want to be. There are also still a few nosebleed seats available at ticketmaster. If you are really made of money, you might consider paying $544.00 each for Section 1 Row U at ticket liquidator as well. Anyway, there are a variety of tickets still available out there if you’re willing to spend the money for them. I plan on buying one if they’re still available on Friday when I get paid because it is so going to be worth it to hear Blake Lewis beat box and see Sanjay’s latest hair debacle!!! In the meantime, read all the latest news at Reed-Dunn’s page Watching American Idol and get ready for what is sure to be one of the greatest concerts of the summer!

Yeah I’m sorry to all you american idol buffs (we only watch the auditions so we can have a good laugh at my house) but those prices are insane who cares you aren’t even going to see anyone worth that price…heck you can get cheap tickets at concerts of real celebrities…why waste the money? American Idol is ruining the music industry, it is an easy way into a business that should be hard to get into. I mean seriously how many people have sacrificed so much to get into it only to watch some person on American Idol get a pass into the industry and they think they deserve it because this competition is oh so hard…whatever…I hate American Idol. But seriously people don’t waste that insane amount of money on something like this…go pay your bills or buy something shiny!

About Sacramento, CA

When Sacramento was founded in 1849, I don't think anyone bothered to notice that it means "Holy Sacrament" in Spanish. After all, it wasn't a very apt name for a lively, growing mining town where gambling and saloons where the status quo. Perhaps to gain a modicum of respect, they paid California $1 million in 1854 in order to become the State Capitol. In the years since, it has evolved from a little mining town into a bustling city full of people from every culture and every walk of life. In addition, our status as the most ethically diverse city in America also means that we have something for everyone to do. There are numerous ethnic restaurants, tons of museums, and countess festivals in historic Old Sacramento that make the city an excellent place to visit and an even better place to live...
